Privacy policy
This page explains which personal data we collect through bombeton.me, why we collect it, how long we keep it and what your rights are.
1. Who processes your data
The data controller is BomBeton d.o.o., Peka Pavlovića 54, 81250 Cetinje, Montenegro. For any questions regarding personal data, write to bombeton@t-com.me or call +382 20 605 305. Further company details are in the imprint.
2. Contact form
When you fill in the form on the Contact page, we collect the fields you enter yourself:
- your name and e-mail address — required, so we know who is contacting us and where to reply;
- phone number and subject — optional;
- the message text — the content you send us yourself.
The IP address and browser type from which the message was sent are also recorded, solely to protect the form against misuse.
The message is sent to our e-mail address and stored in this website’s database, so that an enquiry does not depend on a single mailbox. Only our employees have access to those records.
Purpose: replying to your enquiry and any further business communication. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract, or our legitimate interest in replying to the enquiry.
Retention: we keep messages for as long as the communication lasts and for at most two years after the last contact, unless the enquiry results in a contractual relationship — in which case the retention periods prescribed for business records apply.
We do not use data from the form to send newsletters, nor do we sell it to third parties.
3. Cookies and analytics
Cookies are small files a website stores in your browser. We use two kinds: necessary cookies, without which the site does not work correctly, and analytics cookies, which are set only once you accept them.
Necessary cookies
The session cookie (“SSGSID”) carries only a random session identifier — no data about you — and lets the site remember the language you selected and protect the contact form against misuse. It is deleted when you close your browser. The “bb_pristanak” cookie remembers your cookie choice for six months, so that we do not ask you on every page. These cookies do not require your consent because the site does not work correctly without them.
Analytics — Google Analytics
With your consent we use Google Analytics 4 to see how many visitors we have, which pages they read and where they come from — in aggregate, not to follow individuals. The service is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland; data may also be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework. Google Analytics 4 does not store IP addresses.
Until you accept analytics cookies, no data is sent to Google and none of its cookies are set. Legal basis: your consent. Retention: the “_ga” and “_ga_…” cookies last up to two years, and visit data is kept in Google Analytics for no longer than 14 months.
Changing your choice
You can give or withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it: through the cookie settings here or at the bottom of every page. The exact list of cookies, with their purpose and duration, is there as well. When you withdraw consent, analytics cookies are deleted.
Typography
Fonts are loaded from our own server, not from Google’s servers. As a result, opening the site does not send your IP address to anyone outside our hosting.
4. Third-party services
Google Maps
The map on the Contact page does not load automatically. It is shown only when you click the “Show map” button yourself. Until you do, Google receives no data about you; after the click, Google may set its own cookies and learn your IP address.
Hosting
The server hosting the site records standard access logs (IP address, time of access, requested address, browser type). These logs are used for security and troubleshooting.
5. Your rights
Under the Montenegrin Personal Data Protection Act, you have the right to:
- request access to the data we hold about you;
- request correction of inaccurate data or completion of incomplete data;
- request erasure of data when there is no longer a basis for processing it;
- request restriction of processing or object to processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information.
Send your request to bombeton@t-com.me. We reply within the statutory deadline.
6. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational protection measures. Messages from the contact form are accessible only to employees who need them for their work.
7. Changes
We may amend this text when the way the site works changes. The version published on this page is always the one in force.
